@rlinoz @hoangzinh, this PR already replaced OptionsSelector with SelectionList for WorkspaceSwitcher but the PR has multiple regressions which isn't caught by QA until now. I found few of them.

1. The RBR isn't shown when user logout and login.
2. The text is always highlighted. See comment
