2. Create a manual request in local currency (something other than USD)
3. Go to transaction thread.
4. Click Amount.
5. The currency in Amount editor should be the local currency.
6. Repeat for a money request in a workspace

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
