[TS migration] Update expensify-common usage in NewDot

Newer releases of Expensify-Common will be now published to npm!

After that PR, expensify-common lib folder is no longer included inside node_modules/expensify-common. import ExpensiMark from 'expensify-common/lib/ExpensiMark'; will be modified to import {ExpensiMark} from 'expensify-common.

@blazejkustra I tested and things looks fine. One thing I noticed is that the skeleton loads are delayed and some chats are not fully loaded. Same I can see in your videos as well. But I think that issue is not related to this PR since we are only changing the expensify common import. So approving.
