[HybridApp] Improve transitions from OD to ND

Details

PR improves transitions between OD and ND. Before those changes it was possible to see lots of jumping between different screens and loading states. Now all those side-effects of transitions are hidden behind BootSplash.

One remark before tests:
Branch of this PR was created on our fork.
This means it's impossible to switch to this branch in HybridApp's react-native submodule.
One need to remove react-native submodule folder and then clone our fork.

In the OldDot repository one need to switch to this branch improve-transitions

• Open app.
• Go from OD to ND
• Make sure that there is no weird jumping of screens/loading etc.
• Make sure that BootSplash disappears when ND is ready.
• Go back from ND to OD and repeat previous steps a few times. Every time it should give the same result.
• Kill the app and repeat previous steps.
• Since PR fixes explanation modal also test steps from this PR need to be checked [HybridApp] Add explanation modal #39074
