Tests

1. Sign out, then sign in.
2. Open a report with an IOU request. The IOU preview will not be displayed; the full loading will be displayed until data is received from the server.
3. Open another report and then reopen the first report. The report should open instantly.
4. Test steps 2 and 3 repeatedly for other reports.
5. Click the IOU report preview. The transaction report will open. Then, go back using the header link. The linking should work the same as the current behavior in production.
6. Turn off Wi-Fi and open a report that has not been opened previously. Notice that the loading skeleton will be displayed.
7. Send some messages and notice that the messages are immediately visible in the chat.
8. Copy a report action link, paste it into the browser URL bar, then add a random number at the end.
9. Verify that the "Not Found" page is displayed.
