• Go to workspace settings > Tags
• Add a tag in X: Y format
• Disable, add tax code and delete the tag in X:Y format
• Go to #admins
• The system message for disabling, adding tax code and deleting tag in X: Y format will display the tag correctly

There is a bug where the LHN shows the correct report action title only when the report is open and the report is loaded. However, on the first login, it doesn't parse the title correctly.

This bug already exists in the "Add Tag" action, so it was not newly introduced by the current changes:
