Would be great to have these covered with unit tests to ensure nobody changes the logic accidentally in future. Could you look into that in a follow up? @JakubKorytko

The linked issue is caused by the fact that the function returning
Review Requireddidn't treat the hold as an RBR violation, it was also checked quite late, and due toRBRmessage === undefinedchecks, it wasn't displayed.This PR provides a fix for that.
