fix: missing backTo params on split screen

Explanation of Change

When navigating from the report RHP page to the Per Diem page, we pass the backTo parameter to the route. However, in the Workspace Initial page, the backTo parameter is undefined. The function getParamsFromRoute is used to extract parameters that match a regex and pass them to the sidebarScreen page. Since backTo is not part of the workspace initial path, it is not included in this process, resulting in the backTo parameter being missing.
