It looks like we CP-d [CP Staging] Revert "LHN-LHN doesn't show the message sent or the system message" #64657 which tackles Expense - LHN shows incomplete "moved the expense to" when moving expense report offline #64655. So can you retest if Expense - LHN shows incomplete "moved the expense to" when moving expense report offline #64655 is still an issue? If it is not then can you retest LHN-LHN doesn't show the message sent or the system message #64161 since you have mentioned its blocked on Expense - LHN shows incomplete "moved the expense to" when moving expense report offline #64655

@chiragsalian to resolve #64695 I reverted the feature. I'm going to remove the blocker label as myself, Ionaton, and others are unable to reproduce on 9.1.70-4. More details in the issue here.
