This reverts commit 2c4dcba, reversing changes made to 34c2f92.

Explanation of Change

This PR reverts a change that caused a performance regression. When a report contains many actions, the app was parsing the HTML of every action into Markdown just to detect messages about free trial start. We noticed 3.5s of processing on David's account.
