  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

I don't think we should set subtitleNumberOfLines={0} in this case. @Expensify/design Can you please confirm the expectation?

1. subtitleNumberOfLines={0} (new change) means the title From duke's expense in Duke's Workspaceeeeeeeeeeeeeee will display fully in many lines

2. subtitleNumberOfLines={1}(current behavior on staging) means the title From duke's expense in Duke's Workspaceeeeeeeeeeeeeee will display in 1 line

Yeah I'm okay with it not going on two lines and keeping it to one, but ideally we'd have this wrap to two lines given that this might be the only place on mobile to see this sentence untruncated. If we do not, then we should left align it either way.

I will say though, I'd also be up for removing this line altogether. I bet we don't need to, but I don't like that there's a second tap target on this push input Happy to leave that though.

I'm with you. I don't see a problem with it wrapping to 2 lines, but also fine with keeping it at one for now.

I also don't love the double-tap target and would rather ditch it OR separate it out like this:

But I don't feel strongly. Happy to just resolve the alignment issues here.

When the title is read-only, the centered styles are looking good. For example, the desktop screenshot above looks right to me:

But when the title IS editable, we need everything to be left-aligned like our normal push rows. So this is not quite right:
