Remove signerJobTitle reset value

Small regression from #81602

Explanation of Change

Job title is being unnecessarily overwritten. When the signer is also a beneficial owner, signerJobTitle is reset to '' to so it can be repopulated from beneficial owner data. But, unlike name, DOB, and address, job title has no beneficial owner equivalent, so it stays empty, and the API rejects the request with "Invalid field in inputs".

2. In the Beneficial Owner step, indicate the current user owns >25% (making them a beneficial owner)
3. In the Signer Info step, enter a job title (e.g. "Director") and complete all other required fields
4. Proceed to the Confirmation step — verify the job title displays correctly
5. Click Confirm and verify the request succeeds (previously failed with "Invalid field in inputs")
6. Check the network request payload and confirm signerJobTitle contains the entered value (e.g. "Director"), not an empty string
