Upgrade react-pdf to v9.1.1

Details

• Upgraded react-pdf to v9.1.1
• Updated the path to the pdf worker as described here
• Removed the @types/react-pdf dependency as react-pdf now natively supports type script
• Removed PropTypes which are no longer required (or should we keep them?)

@CyberAndrii I was installing the node_modules locally and noticed that we're using Node version 20.10.0 in this repo, while our main repo uses version 20.15.1. Should we update the Node version in the .nvmrc file, or is it fine to leave it as is for now?

I don't think that's important. For example, react-native-live-markdown still uses v18. Ideally, we should also update the other dependencies to match the version in the main repo, but let's leave that for a different PR.
