LGTM but are you going to be able to count failures with Paul's script running?

So the only ones that seem to fail reliably under containerized are just the speed-index and TTI which are no longer 100 (they're 99, 95, etc) I'll close this in favor of adding >XX support to our smokehouse :) |

Been seeing a lot more travis flakey failures (12/12 recent failures of known green branches), want to give this branch a try to see if it improves.
