[Spike - Backend] Backend support for UI components related to the dataset information

Overview of the Feature Request

Analyze and extend, if necessary, the current API and data access logic to support the dataset info UI components of the Dataset page:

• Page boilerplate and basic Dataset info (title and version)
• Citation block
• Dataset summary

This issue will potentially be split into spike issues depending on whether it is necessary to extend the API (dataverse core repository) and/or the js-dataverse module (dataverse-client-javascript repository).
