This ticket is a placeholder, so we can clarify the details of Topic Classification vs Subject, and what will happen with the Murray data that is currently in Topic Classification.

Update: [Eleni] Met with Merce to discuss and we decided that Subject should be its own NEW field with a "dropdown list of values":https://docs.google.com/document/d/1npvm8FjwyHIOHkcnrW6NRJHHNu4cGOhAWrKEFAn4PP4/edit?usp=sharing where multiple ones can be selected.
ALSO, because the Murray and other datasets (ICPSR, etc) use Topic Classifications a specific way (following DDI) we want to preserve its usage by moving Topic Classifications over to the Social Science Metadata Block. These changes can be found in the following tables:

Added some static placeholders for Subject, and added some notes in the code that Topic Classification needs to be moved back into the Social Science Metadata Block.

Subject has been implemented with the suggested controlled vocab from Eleni. Topic Classification is available in the SS Domain metadata block.

Tested on 3/12

Subject label is in place but no entry fields are visible.
Topic classification is in place on Soc Sci block. There is an issue clicking + button where it collapses block but will report as separate ticket.

This is all set. There is currently an issue with any of the allow multiple, control vocabularied fields, in that values are not saved. This is spearate from the design (and is generic and true for all such fields).

Topic classification is in Soc Sci block and Subject now works with controlled vocab specified.
