[Needle][algorithm] Re-project detected proximities back on the needle edge topology

Issue

When the coupling points slide backwards along the needle, the old tetrahedron proximities must be re-projected on the needle.

Fix

Use the existing operations (findClosestProximity etc) to do the projection back to the needle.
