List SnapRevert DomainMark via RESTapi

As mention on this issue:

We can Create or Delete SnapRevert DomainMark but not get the domain status of a path

We need it to show if a path is SnapRevert and also Writable.

You can't just close as not planned, push this miss to isilon dev to plan it please...
