Add CMake

Continuation of this PR in the old repository.

The flags, libraries and macros are no longer hardcoded.
Also now is posible to select the distro.

Good idea. I will merge this commit but I will also add an uninstall target and set the default install directory to /usr/bin

Sorry to comment here but general issue reporting is not enabled.

I'll abuse this discussion tracker to add two short docu-related things:

(1) There is a small typo:

"I am actively maintining this fork by adding more features, fixing bugs, and supporting more distros."

Should be "maintaining" I think, rather than "maintining".

2. I'd also recommend perhaps a sentence as to why paleofetch is faster than neofetch and others. This does not have
   to be a long explanation, just a rough overview how the execution time could be decreased.

I think most people who use neofetch don't even know that there is an alternative by the way. I only found it via reddit indirectly (I only used neofetch briefly, but I actually use ruby for obtaining almost the same information; evidently this is even slower than neofetch... :P )
