Rationale
ProjectSettingsTest.testInjectionfailed with a timestamp conversion error after my fix to accommodate non-US SQL Server settings. Seems like a time zone issue. Revert to good-old-reliableFastDateFormatand add a few test cases.Related Pull Requests
