Details
Completed the 'Setup' chapter for the book. This includes added setup for the Windows, MacOS and Linux (unknown) platforms as well as the WSL platform for Windows. Includes setup of compilers, Git and a text editor (VSCode) for each platform. Chapter also has a section of creating a GitHub account and joining the Monash DeepNeuron Organization.
