Improve dataset model

Describe the solution you'd like
In order to upload a dataset as zip archive the dataset model in database must be able to store the data.

The following things are needed:

• capacity_fix as timeseries
• commodityCost for sources
• commoditiy_conversion_factors for conversions
• chargeEfficiency, cyclicLifetime, dischargeEfficiency, selfDischarge, chargeRate, dischargeRate, stateOfChargeMin, stateOfChargeMax for storages
• sharedPotentialID for component
• capcity_fix for transmissions (region_from and region_to needed)
• distances between regions
• losses between regions for each transmission (1 value per transmission)
