Feature or improvement description
This PR disables use of heap arrays when using the Intel Fortran compilers (
ifortandifx) because it causes a memory leak withifx. This is likely a compiler bug, but sinceifxis the only supported compiler in the Intel oneAPI toolchain, it's likely to be used even before the issue is fixed.Related issue, if one exists
