[FIX] App always using the last deep link on Android

Proposed changes

react-native-notifications has a few issues with Android SDK 31.

• Notification opened when app is opened from app tray (Android only) wix/react-native-notifications#872

• OnClick on the notification takes to the starting page of the navigation. wix/react-native-notifications#846
• When open local notification, app will open again (Version 4.2.1) wix/react-native-notifications#825
• Notifications.events().registerNotificationOpened() and RNN 4.2.3 wix/react-native-notifications#833

Apparently, this fix is not enough

How to test or reproduce

What's been fixed

• Receive a push notification
• Tap on it and the app should redirect to it
• Go to another room and try to send a message
• (fail) On Android, the app is going to trigger the deep link again and behave like you tapped the push notification again

• Everything related to push notification (ping me if you need help thinking on possible test cases)
