• Limit timeout of "Pre" listener events to 1s - feat(deno-runtime): limit timeout of "Pre" listener events to 1s Rocket.Chat.Apps-engine#775
• Preventing ProxiedApp.call from throwing all errors broke the handling of events that had a "check" counterpart (e.g. checkPreMessageSentPrevent) - RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Apps-engine@a1000dd
• Remove unnecessary microtask from runtime controller - RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Apps-engine@d7224fd
