chore: bump fuselage and fuselage-tokens versions

This PR bumps the @rocket.chat/fuselage to version 0.59.4 and @rocket.chat/fuselage-tokens to version 0.33.2.

This patch fixes the color tokens for the success variant of the Button component. #1471
