Hparsons directive: replace the minimized js file with npm package import

The current hparsons directive is based on a custom element in another repository. As the element has not been published to npm as a package yet, the temporary workaround includes a compiled version of the repository as a minimized js file. RunestoneInteractive/RunestoneComponents#1378

Need to replace the minimized js file by importing the micro-parsons input package after it is published.
