Update `sbnd_data`

sbnd_data has some folders that need to be updated, mainly to be up to date with the new GDMLs. I found the following (under the current version /grid/fermiapp/products/sbnd/sbnd_data/v01_25_00/) -

• GENIE/sbnd_rock_maxpathlength_fluxI_gdmlv02_00.xml
• OpticalLibrary/SBND_OpLibOUT_v2.00.root

If there are any other folders you'd like to see that need to be updated, you can find the description and folders of the most recent sbnd_data here - /grid/fermiapp/products/sbnd/sbnd_data/v01_25_00

Ok I'll remove you. I added since you were the only contributor on the READMEs.

Optical library does not need to be updated given the changes are localized to wires and CRT panels. Only updates are needed when LArG4 volumes change
