Improve layout in mapping module

Move to a fluid layout with in the new mapping module with data previews. Currently the mapping and data preview divs have hard-coded widths in index.css. Ideally each domain should take up 100% of the page width when data previews are shown, and should be rendered side-by-side when the data-previews are hidden.
