I forgot to add the llava build actions for Vulkan since llava was introduced to LLamaSharp after the initial Vulkan PR. Can you add them @martindevans or should it be done in a new PR? |

@m0nsky I'll merge this one into master (I've finally managed to fix the other issues that were breaking the build action) and then you can do a separate PR for the llava bits :) |
