Adds a configuration option for labeling
NAentries in the genotype summary tables in reports, as handled byreport_genotypes. Previously this was hardcoded as an empty string, but can now be set to any string in the configuration asreport.na.alleles(for example as a unicode symbol like ⃠). Fixes #10. Also extends CircleCI testing to include both R version 3 and version 4.
