This will introduce RigidBodies to the game, this doesn't nessisarily need to interact with the world, but having that possible before merge would be ideal.

Todo:

  • Further design needs to be considered for how rigidbodies would interact with the world and how near pixel-perfect representation is required.
  • Consider: Interactions with lazy chunks? Would this matter? Lazy chunks should probably be completed before much progress is made here.

Added Box2d package and headers
