In this PR I have updated the
spine-baseversion to the latest available one in order to include the missingjavax.annotations-apidependency added as part of the SpineEventEngine/base-libraries#546.From now on, developers that are using Java11 JDK for builds should be able to build Spine-based projects using bootstrap plugin.
