Made game settings defaults and sanity checking more resilient. This fixes a bug that only affected me because I tested dev zkmenu in my playing directory.
Be less stupid regarding ladder users.

Build previous quick fixes
Hopefully game-winning allied reinforcements appear at 30:00. Enemy reinforcements are delayed. Removed some enemy build options.
