Deprecate/remove actions

As mentioned in #42, we should identify, deprecate and remove actions for services that no longer exist. As an example, cf was renamed cloudformation.

Do we plan to simply remove it and update readme + changelog?

Or do we plan to make those actions dummy actions which do something like raise ValueError('Action foo has been deprecated in favor of action bar')?

I prefer the second option. Would you recommend also updating the readme and change log?

Then sometime later, we can get rid of the dummy actions.
