feat(datasets): import protected datasets

Some of our users are trying to import protected datasets for which presumably they have access to. Currently, our dataset import command is not working with user provided tokens (on export) and it should to enable importing datasets which are protected for public.

In this ticket we can see one of such examples which we should support: #1110

edit: Expected behaviour for this feature - user should be able to import protected datasets from Zenodo, Dataverse and Renkulab (depending on the provided token).
