Link automatically respects the basename
This replaces Download button as user are not directed to DS for download. This also changes a spacing change as point cloud were not totally visible.

✅ Published/Community data assets pass the public published check
✅ Unpublished assets show as private as expected
✅ Make public shows public/private status correctly and publlish the map
