`;parsemembers` auto-selecting wrong raid

Current Behaviour

Problems, Frustrations, General Description

The parse tries to be smart and automatically select the raid you're in, prioritizing raids you've joined over raids you haven't.

If you are on the members list for only one raid, it'll select that one raid, no matter if there are other available raids to parse. This is a problem if you try to parse a run you aren't on the members list for.

Wanted/Expected Behaviour

Improvements, Additions, Changes

Make the parse selector stupider:

• If only one raid on bot, select that raid
• If person is in a raid vc, select that raid
• Otherwise, throw up selector
