feat: Add uninstall behavior

Description

As CLIs can perform the installation of the completion files, it would be ideal to have a reverse function, where CLI users and CLI maintainers could uninstall these completion files.

Requirements

• Add uninstall functions
• Add uninstall command

Additional Context

To avoid an accidental reinstall after a manual uninstall, it would be ideal to have a cache as proposed by #56
