Changes

• Added v0.0.152 entry at the top of the changelog in content/Changelog/cli.mdx
• Included two bug fixes that were merged between v0.0.151 and v0.0.152:
  • Fixed: Railgurd the user from creating a project in an existing project directory (#396)
  • Fixed: Fix regression in hot reload for new bun/node templates (#398)
