this effects tests using moto like in PR #21488

The reason for this is responses releasing new version which broke moto:
getmoto/moto#4913

If they don't merge it quickly - please rebase it to the latest main at your convenience, or amend the last commit of the PR, and push it with --force-with-lease.

Tested moto 3.0.7.dev3 and 3.0.7.dev4 and it fixes the problem, so waiting for 3.0.7 release (they seem to iterate blasingly fast :)).
