The new pydantic 2.10 release produces different output for the OpenAPI specification for the same classes. In order to stabilize it, we should make sure Pydantic is not less than 2.10.1.

Is full tests require?

Ah I see it has changed to dependency file, so it should trigger full tests :) ?

The failing tests are "dataplex" - unrelated fixed in #44281
