Why

I am aware that the overall UI translation effort is ongoing, and further updates to the JSON files are expected.
This PR's primary purpose at this stage is to facilitate early community discussion and gather feedback for Traditional Chinese translations, especially regarding specific vocabulary choices.

Discussion Points for zh-TW Translations

Here are some terms I'd like to discuss:

1. runAfter: "最早可執行時間"
2. ownerLink: "Owner link for {{owner}}" // Not familiar with this term, perhaps擁有者{{owner}}的連結 ?
3. mapIndex: "映射索引"
4. backfill: "回填"
5. filter_one: "篩選" // An alternative I considered is: 篩選器.

Any guidance on existing translation conventions within Airflow for zh-TW would also be highly valuable.

Oh, didn't notice it. It's probably ok. Not sure whether "對映索引" is ok. Probably "映射索引" is still better

I saw others use it this way

Could you please share where this translation will be applied? I'll probably go with 篩選 for most cases
