But it has some patches.

@kou I heard we are waiting on the 10.0.0 release to upstream our changes to the Conan files. I found there is an issue with OpenSSL on some platforms in the current Conan that is fixed in ours. Would it be alright if I brought these upstream now instead of waiting?

Yes.
But we may need some CMake related changes in Apache Arrow C\ to upstream our changes to the Conan files. I'm not sure that upstreaming a OpenSSL related fix in our changes to the Conan files requires CMake related changes in Apache Arrow C\. If we need CMake related changes in Apache Arrow C\ for it, please let me know.
