[C#] Fix bug introduced by merge of 35699 without rebase #37213
Description
Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
I merged #35699 without realizing the branch hadn't been rebased in a while. Since then there was a new reference to using FlatBuffers added and it needs changed to using Google.FlatBuffers.
