[C++][Parquet] Travis coverage is broken

Pull request #92 (apache/parquet-cpp#92) made changes to the travis build dir. These changes seem to have broken the coverage.

The problem is that I switched us from Ubuntu 14.04 to 12.04 because of the LLVM toolchain switch, and it caused some issues. I'm going to try to revert it now
