[fix](memory) Revert Fix Jemalloc hook failed to start BE with JDK 17

This reverts commit 5fee715.

Proposed changes

#33946 exist two error:

1. unable to use jemalloc heap profile
2. maybe cause jemalloc memory not to be freed.
