Peon, middle manager, and realtime node docs lack http setting information

Oddly enough, https://github.com/druid-io/druid/blob/druid-0.11.0/docs/content/configuration/historical.md and https://github.com/druid-io/druid/blob/druid-0.11.0/docs/content/configuration/broker.md contain information about http tunings, but the other configs which use them do not contain any information.

It might make more sense to break off "global" like tunings into a separate config so the docs don't have to all be updated on every change.
