Following changes are done at druid-ranger-security.md

Correct the default value of use_ugi.

Correct the properties used for ranger authorizer.

For having the Authorizer effective, the property should have the pattern druid.auth.authorizer.%s.name mentioned here: https://github.com/apache/druid/blob/5e5cf9af99be1b842a7c351a7b5526215979cc75/server/src/main/java/org/apache/druid/server/initialization/AuthorizerMapperModule.java#L114C1-L115C1
