This is very vague and unclear what is expected to implement and what its motivation is. Perhaps you can give a share for the workflow planner first.

So far, Java tests can be debugged with logs perfectly, nothing need to be added.

I created this to enhance CI speed, but it's not functioning. Therefore, this issue is now irrelevant.
